Bloodstone ruby in color, it offers aromas of black currant, plum skin, and jasmine. The palate reveals dark berry syrup, fig, and violet candy. A concentrated, lush texture is supported by fine, textural tannins, leading to a lingering finish of cocoa, smoky spice, and bramble fruit.
Fermented for 12-15 days in 100% new French oak, with 30+ days of extended maceration. Aged 100% new French oak for 21 months.
