# Donation Requests

Thank you for your interest in Matthews being a part of your event. We embrace the chance to give back to the community through a number of opportunities.  
  
We require at least 4-6 weeks prior to your event date to fully process a donation. If your request is approved, you will be notified by email with pickup instructions. Due to the high volume of requests, we may not respond to every individual.

  Receiving an error message when submitting?Try using a different browser and make sure your documents are in PDF formatting.
